These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website
Reverie Vintage Collection (hereinafter: the “Website”).

Use of the Website, including browsing, viewing content, and/or purchasing products, constitutes full agreement by the user to all the terms stated herein.

The Website management reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

These Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply to all genders.

Eligibility to Use the Website

Use of the Website is permitted for any person aged 18 or older, with legal capacity, who possesses a valid payment method.

Placing an order on the Website constitutes a declaration by the user that they meet these conditions.

Products on the Website

The Website offers fashion items and accessories for sale, including bags, wallets, sunglasses, and related items.

All products offered on the Website are second-hand, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Products may show signs of use, wear, or aesthetic defects resulting from prior use.

Product descriptions, images, and condition are presented in good faith to reflect their condition as accurately as possible; however, slight differences may occur between the Website description and the actual product.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review these details before completing a purchase.
After completing a purchase, no claims or complaints will be accepted regarding mismatch, visible defects, or misunderstanding of product details that were clearly presented in advance.

Watches

Watches are sold in working condition at the time of delivery, unless stated otherwise.

However, battery life or future functionality cannot be guaranteed, and battery replacement may be required.

No warranty is provided of any kind, including for natural wear, mechanism durability, future functionality, or faults arising after purchase.

Battery replacement is the sole responsibility of the customer, and the business bears no responsibility for any damage, malfunction, or expense resulting from battery replacement or servicing after delivery.

The buyer understands that these are used products, and therefore their condition may differ from that of a new product.

Product Authenticity

The Website management takes reasonable and accepted measures to offer only authentic products.

Authenticity checks are performed using various methods, including professional and technological checks and reliance on relevant declarations.

The company undertakes to provide only authentic products and allows customers to independently verify authenticity if they wish.

For products supplied with a barcode for authenticity verification via “LegitApp”, no claims of non-authenticity will be accepted under any circumstances.

For other products, professionally supported written claims will be considered, and in such unlikely cases, the full product and shipping cost (if paid) will be refunded without deductions.

The Website management is not the manufacturer nor an official representative of the brands sold.

No claims regarding intellectual property, trademarks, or brand reputation will be accepted against the Website management, provided the product was purchased and sold in good faith.

Manufacturer warranties, if any, do not apply to products sold on the Website.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

The Website management may update prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available on the Website.

An order will only be confirmed לאחר approval by the payment processor.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is available within Israel only.

Delivery times are estimates and typically range between 3–10 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

These times are not guaranteed and may vary due to product availability, delivery location, workload, holidays, force majeure, or factors beyond the company’s control.

The company makes reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times but is not responsible for delays for any reason.

Placing an order constitutes agreement to this delivery policy.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

Watches – no returns or exchanges are allowed.

All products are second-hand and may show reasonable signs of use.

Under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the right to cancel a transaction primarily applies to new products, and in certain cases does not apply to second-hand goods.

Therefore, all purchases are made “AS-IS”, with no option for cancellation or return after completion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

However, we strive for full transparency and present product condition as accurately as possible, including descriptions and up-to-date images. Customers are encouraged to contact us with any questions before purchase.

Order Cancellation (Short Window)

A purchase may be canceled within 120 minutes of placing the order by contacting us via email or WhatsApp, provided the product has not yet been received.

A refund will be issued minus 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower).

Exceptional Cases

In exceptional cases, you may contact us via email or WhatsApp, and each request will be reviewed individually without prior commitment to approval.

If a refund is approved:

• A deduction of 5% or ₪100 (the lower amount) will apply

• Shipping costs in both directions will be deducted (even if originally subsidized or free)

• The product must be returned in its original condition, without additional damage or unreasonable use

• Refund will be processed only after inspection of the returned item

The company reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned product is damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition.

Product Liability and Limitation of Liability

Products are sold AS-IS, without any warranty, express or implied, including quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or long-term functionality.

All information, images, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only.
The customer confirms they have reviewed the product based on the provided information before purchase.

The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including bodily injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from product use or mismatch with expectations.

Placing an order constitutes full agreement to these terms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the Website, including content, design, logo, and images, belong to the Website management.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Privacy

The Website respects user privacy and operates in accordance with the law.

Personal information provided will be used solely for operating the Website and completing orders.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel.
